Usage Scenarios
Preventing Blisters
Blisters are easily formed on the feet during prolonged walking or when wearing new shoes. Band-aids can be applied over blisters to reduce friction and pain.
Protecting Injection Sites
After injections or blood draws, the injection site needs protection. Band-aids can cover the injection site to prevent bacterial invasion and bleeding.
Outdoor Activities
During outdoor activities such as hiking and camping, the skin is easily scratched by branches, rocks, and other objects. Band-aids are easy to carry and can be used to treat these minor wounds at any time.
Abrasions
During exercise or daily life, the skin may be damaged due to friction. Band-aids can protect abrasions, preventing clothing from directly contacting the wound, reducing pain and the risk of infection.
Product Composition
This product consists of a coated zinc oxide ordinary cotton cloth or PE film, PU film as the adhesive substrate, polyethylene hydro-entangled non-woven fabric as the absorbent pad, polyethylene laminated release liner or glassine release liner, PVC film as the anti-sticking layer, and cold-seal paper as the protective layer, forming a sheet or roll of band-aid.
Performance Parameters
1. The absorbent pad has good liquid absorption performance;
2. According to the test method specified in Appendix B2 of YY/T 0148-2006 "General Requirements for Medical Adhesive Tapes", the tackiness of the adhesive substrate should be no more than 2.5 mm; According to the test method specified in Appendix B3 of YY/T 0148-2006 "General Requirements for Medical Adhesive Tapes", the peel strength should be no less than 1.0 N/cm;
3. Non-sterile, for single use. The total number of bacterial colonies in the band-aid ≤ 200 cfu/g, the total number of fungal colonies ≤ 100 cfu/g, and no pathogenic bacteria should be detected.

Instructions for Use
1. Clean and disinfect the wound before using this product;
2. Open the package along the arrow, peel off the liner, align the protective pad with the wound, and gently press the band-aid to adhere it to the skin.
Storage Conditions and Shelf Life
Should be stored in a well-ventilated environment free of corrosive gases.
Shelf life is three years. Check the production date and expiration date before use, and do not use expired products.
